At Dopamina Cerámica, we want your creative supplies to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Spain, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Live somewhere else? No worries! Get in touch and let me know where you'd like your order delivered. I'll see what I can arrange to get your creative supplies to you!

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. I'll do my best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order.

Our clay cutters are lightweight, while ceramic materials tend to be heavier, so shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order.

I also take extra care when packing everything to make sure your creative supplies arrive safely at your door. Every order deserves a little extra love!

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service selected. Any estimated delivery times provided at checkout are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where tracking is available through the shipping carrier, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

I carefully pack every order to help ensure it arrives in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or contains an incorrect product, please contact me at hello@dopaminaceramica.com, including your order number and photos where relevant. I'll do my best to help resolve the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
